These breaded pork cutlets resemble Japanese tonkatsu: they are marinated, coated in breadcrumbs, and then fried until golden brown. With few ingredients and a simple preparation, they create a crispy dish.

Directions

  1. Combine the garlic, rice wine, soy sauce, and powdered bouillon in a bowl until you have a smooth marinade.
  2. Season the chicken cutlets with black pepper. Place them in a plastic bowl with the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Drain the cutlets to remove excess marinade. Dredge them in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  4. Pour this, pour about 2.5 cm of oil in a deep frying pan and heat to 180 °C. Fry the cutlets, turning them occasionally, until they are cooked through.
  5. Drain them on paper towels and serve with fragrant rice. ≈ 2 min
