Directions
- Peel the pears, remove the core, and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
- Melt the butter.
- Whisk the eggs with the salt and sugar, then add the melted butter, sifted cocoa, flour, and baking powder, mixing with a wooden spoon. ≈ 4 min
- Grease and flour the sides of a springform pan, line the bottom with a piece of parchment paper, and pour the batter into the pan. ≈ 3 min
- Arrange the pear slices on top and sprinkle with sugar. ≈ 2 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
