Directions
- Combine the Brie cheese, mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the shortcrust pastry evenly into a roughly circular shape. ≈ 4 min
- Place the dough in a 25 cm diameter tart pan to form a tart, and remove any excess dough from the edges.
- Pour: Pour the cheese mixture into the tart molds and bake in the oven at 220 °C (425 °F) on the bottom rack for 15 minutes.
- Move the molds to another baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
