Directions
- In a bowl, combine the cream, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and vanilla seeds. ≈ 4 min
- Meringue preparation: We whisk the egg whites and sugar together in a mixer until stiff and smooth. ≈ 3 min
- We gently fold in the ingredients with a spoon, then add the flour and mix. ≈ 3 min
- We transfer the dough to a greased baking tin and bake it at 170 degrees Celsius for 80 minutes.
- We take it out of the oven and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Icing preparation: Mix the icing ingredients together and gently pour the mixture over the cake. ≈ 4 min
- Refrigerate. ≈ 3 min
