Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Combine the ricotta, mozzarella, toppings, and oregano. ≈ 4 min
- Place the pizza dough between two sheets of parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly in the center of the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Lightly moisten the edges of the dough. Fold the dough over, then seal the edges by pressing down with a fork. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve with a tomato sauce. ≈ 2 min
