Directions
- Thoroughly clean the beef feet and rinse them. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the oil in a large pot, then sauté the onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chili peppers, and tomatoes for a long time.
- Add the garam masala, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, and salt, then cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the feet and let them cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Pour the water, cover, and let it simmer over low heat for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the feet are tender.
- Towards the end of cooking, adjust the seasoning and add a little water if needed. ≈ 2 min
- Serve it very hot. ≈ 2 min
