Directions
- Whisk together the butter, sugar, and eggs until you have a smooth, lump-free, and well-combined mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Slice the bananas, mash them with a fork, then mix them into the egg mixture. Then, add the chopped hazelnuts. ≈ 8 min
- Mix the flour and yeast together, then pour them into the mixture and stir with a spatula until the dough is smooth and even. ≈ 4 min
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C with convection) for about 10 minutes. Spoon the dough into muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
