Directions
- Peel the banana mulberries and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. ≈ 8 min
- Place the banana slices in a pot, add the sugar, and cover with water to moisten the sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Add a pinch of vanilla and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let simmer until the sugar syrup thickens.
- Place the banana slices in the syrup and cook gently, ensuring they don’t break down.
- Adjust the acidity to taste by adding lemon juice. ≈ 3 min
