Directions
- Peel and finely chop the onion. ≈ 8 min
- In a pan, sauté the onion over low heat until it is golden brown.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and crush them with a fork to release their juices. ≈ 4 min
- In a pot, cook the pasta in salted water until it is tender. Taste to check for doneness.
- Place the pasta in a microwave-safe dish, greased with olive oil. Add the tomato sauce and chopped onions. ≈ 3 min
- In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, sour cream, grated cheese, and Parmesan. Pour the mixture over the pasta. ≈ 4 min
- Microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
