Directions
- Peel the tomatoes and puree them using a food processor (or a potato masher).
- Add the oil paint and tomato puree to a pan over low heat, and gently heat them through.
- Add the tomato paste, salt, mint, and pepper, then cover and let simmer.
- To make it easier to cook the chickens, use a knife to mark each surface and place them in an oven-safe dish. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the apples into slices about the size of an apple and add them to the chicken. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the onion into small pieces and arrange them on top. ≈ 8 min
- Add the garlic. ≈ 3 min
- Add 1 to 1.5 cups of hot water to the tomato mixture you have prepared, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dish. ≈ 4 min
- Cover the top with aluminum foil, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour.
- Next, remove the parchment paper and bake until golden brown.
