Directions
- Whisk the eggs, then add the sweetened condensed milk and regular milk. Mix with mustard powder or mustard seeds. ≈ 4 min
- Pour this mixture into a prepared caramel dish (dish: flat and wide). ≈ 3 min
- Place the dish in a water bath in the oven, at 200 °C (in the lower part of the oven), for 20 minutes.
