Directions
- Boil the milk with a cinnamon stick, sugar, and lemon peel.
- Once the milk has boiled, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
- Use a spoon to remove any remaining cinnamon and lemon residue. ≈ 3 min

- Allow to rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
