Directions
- Cook the chestnuts, drain them, peel them, and boil them briefly.
- Mix the cooled mashed chestnuts in a large bowl.
- Then, add the butter, crushed toasted almonds, melted chocolate, and finally, the powdered sugar mixed with a little water.

- Cover the medium to deep ceramic dishes with a sheet of self-adhesive film. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the prepared walnut mixture onto the surface, level it out, fold the excess edges of the adhesive sheet inwards, and press the mixture down with a flat object, such as a plate or another flat surface. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest for a few hours.
