Directions
- Whisk the eggs thoroughly in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- In a separate bowl, first add the flour, then pour in the milk to create a smooth and even mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Next, pour the eggs into the bowl and mix everything together. ≈ 4 min
- Cover the stretch film with a protective layer. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then, take the dough and spoon some of it into the pan.
- Cook the crepe for about 1 minute per side.
- Finally, if desired, spread Nutella on one side. ≈ 3 min
