Directions
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in the oil. ≈ 8 min
- Add the spices to taste (thyme, oregano, parsley, pepper, and salt). ≈ 3 min
- Add the ham and cover, then cook over low heat.
- Next, add the chickpeas and tomato paste. ≈ 3 min
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, the pasta cooks for about 10 minutes, then is drained and mixed with the sauce that was prepared earlier.
- We mix with a wooden spoon and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. ≈ 2 min
