Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Add flour and baking powder. ≈ 3 min
- Spread the pasta evenly in a rectangular baking dish lined with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- (Note: Please specify whether you are using a medium-sized dish (20x30 cm) or a large dish (30x40 cm)). ≈ 3 min
- Place the cake in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Turn the shape completely upside down on a sheet of parchment paper, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Spread the jam evenly, then roll up the cake. ≈ 10 min
- Let it cool for 10 minutes, with the wider side facing down.
