- Saltwater is poured into a pot and heated. ≈ 3 min
- Then, gently add the dough, making sure it doesn’t stick. ≈ 3 min
- If you are using pre-made pasta, follow the cooking instructions provided on the packaging. ≈ 3 min
- Sift the dough into a sieve. ≈ 2 min
- If necessary, rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. ≈ 2 min
- Return the pasta to the pot. ≈ 3 min
- Add a tablespoon of butter, margarine, or a small amount of oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Grated cheese can also be added. ≈ 3 min
- Stir well in the pot to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly combined. ≈ 4 min
