- Thoroughly clean the beech leaves and ensure they are completely dry. ≈ 8 min
- Next, cut them into small pieces and set them aside. ≈ 8 min
- Boil water with lemongrass leaves until it boils.
- Allow to cool before using.
- Next, gently crush the leaves to release their fragrance. ≈ 4 min
- Cut the lotus leaves into 6 pieces, then add them to the blender. ≈ 8 min
- Then, gradually add the lotus-infused water, to prevent the mixture from becoming too thick. ≈ 3 min
- Take the dried and ground lotus leaves, then filter them using a fine cloth and clean water. ≈ 3 min
- Pour each bamboo leaves floating in the water, pour some syrup over them and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Add ice cubes to a glass, then pour in the bamboo water. ≈ 3 min
- You can also pour the water into a bottle, seal it tightly, and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
