Directions
- Peel the tomatoes and chop them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the avocados and mash them.
- Cook the sausages in boiling water until they are cooked through.
- Toast the bread.
- Open the bread and insert a cooked sausage inside. ≈ 3 min
- Add diced tomatoes, avocado puree, and mayonnaise. ≈ 3 min
- Season with mustard, ketchup, or a spicy sauce, depending on your preference. ≈ 2 min
- Alternatively, you can use sausage-shaped French fries or grilled sausages.
