A homemade ice cream with whipped cream, grapes soaked in lemon juice, and sugar: refreshing and easy to make, simply freeze it.
This sorbet is made without an ice cream maker: grapes are soaked in lemon juice, then mixed with sweetened whipped cream before being frozen.

Directions
- Soak the grapes in lemon juice for 2 hours.
- Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. ≈ 4 min
- Add the sugar, then mix with the grapes and lemon juice. ≈ 4 min
- Place the mixture in the freezer until it is firm.
