This dessert in individual portions is a hit with both children and adults, and it’s very inexpensive to make. The caramel is created simply by simmering a can of condensed milk for 2 hours.

Directions

  1. Two hours before serving: Line the bottom of a 3-quart pot with three layers of absorbent paper, place the sealed milk carton on top, cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 hours over medium heat, covered.
  2. Slice the bananas and drizzle them with lemon juice. ≈ 8 min
  3. Crush the biscuits roughly, except for two, and divide them among four glasses. Cut the remaining two biscuits in half. ≈ 8 min
  4. Alternate between banana and yogurt in the glasses. ≈ 3 min
  5. Take the box out of the refrigerator and let it cool down.
  6. Carefully open the box, as it may be under pressure, then smooth out the caramelised milk.
  7. Spread the caramel evenly over the yogurt. ≈ 3 min
  8. Place one half of a biscuit on top of each dessert glass. ≈ 3 min

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 100 g of whole-wheat or oat biscuits
  • 300 g of Greek yogurt (10% fat)
