Directions

  1. Make a pudding following the package instructions, using the milk, sugar and salt. Add the packets of vanilla pudding mix. ≈ 3 min
  2. Let the pudding cool and stir it regularly to prevent lumps and a skin from forming.
  3. Once cooled, pour the pudding into a large mixing bowl. Gently fold in the crème fraîche, the whipped cream and the chocolate chips.
  4. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
