Here are two versions of a creamy, blended cocktail with ice. One combines gin and chocolate liqueur, while the other uses cachaca, egg yolk, and cinnamon.

Directions

  1. For the gin version, combine the cream, gin, chocolate liqueur, sugar, and lemon zest in a blender. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the crushed ice and mix again. Serve immediately, while still very cold. ≈ 4 min
  3. For the rum version, combine the cream, rum, egg yolk, and cinnamon in a blender. ≈ 4 min
  4. Add the crushed ice and mix again. Serve immediately, while still very cold. ≈ 4 min

  • 1 container of cream (approximately 200g)
  • 20 cl of gin (measured using the empty cream container)
  • 20 cl of cocoa liqueur (measured using the same measuring cup)
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of finely grated lemon zest
  • Ice cream
  • 1 container of cream (approximately 200g)
  • 10 cl of cachaca (½ empty can of cream)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cream
