Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (thermostat 6).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. ≈ 4 min
- Add the melted butter and milk, then mix until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the dough evenly in a greased and floured tart tin. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.
- Beat the eggs with the cocoa and grated chocolate. ≈ 4 min
- Pour this mixture over the baked dough. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
