Masala chai is a spiced milk tea. The cinnamon and cardamom make it a comforting drink, especially when served hot.

Directions
- In a suitable teapot, bring the water and cinnamon stick to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the sugar, milk, and cardamom seeds, then mix well. Heat over low heat until the milk is warm, then add the tea. Cover and place the teapot over a pot of simmering water for 5 minutes to allow it to steep.
- Strain the tea, pour it into the cups, and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
