Directions
- Combine the flour, butter, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Add the milk and mix until you have a smooth, even mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Shape the dough into a circle and place it in a tart pan. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. ≈ 8 min
- Place the apples in the bottom of the tart. ≈ 3 min
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar and lemon juice. ≈ 4 min
- Pour the egg mixture over the apples. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 35 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and the apples are tender.
- Allow to cool before serving.
