Conchiglie rigate are Italian pasta in the shape of a shell, with ridges on the surface to help hold the sauce. Choose the ones you prefer.

Directions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. When it’s boiling, add the salt. ≈ 3 min
  3. Place the ridged pasta in a pot and cook according to the instructions on the package, typically for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and mix it with your preferred sauce. ≈ 4 min
  5. Add the sauce, mix well, and serve. ≈ 4 min
