Directions
- Boil a large amount of water with a small amount of salt and a few drops of oil paint.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions, making sure it is cooked al dente.
- Meanwhile, prepare the breadcrumbs by coating them in butter.
- Finely chop the cured meat and add it to the golden breadcrumbs. ≈ 8 min
- Finely chop the onion and garlic (if desired), then sauté them in butter or oil. ≈ 8 min
- Add the ham and the brown sauce as well. ≈ 3 min
- Drain the pasta, then mix it with the other ingredients, and adjust the seasoning as needed. ≈ 4 min
- The dish can be customized to your liking, with the addition of parsley or chives. ≈ 3 min
- Before serving, sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. ≈ 2 min
