Directions
- Finely chop the marzipan into small pieces, or mash it with a fork, then mix it well with butter, milk, and eggs. ≈ 8 min
- Combine the other dry ingredients, add them to the mixture, and work them together with an electric hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk. ≈ 3 min
- Line the muffin tins with paper liners, or place double layers of paper liners on a baking sheet. ≈ 3 min
