Directions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan.
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, and salt together. ≈ 4 min
  3. Rub the hot pan with a little butter.
  4. Dip each slice of bread individually into the beaten eggs.
  5. Fry the potatoes in oil until they are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve with the syrup. ≈ 2 min
