The flamenquín is a deep-fried pork roll, a typical Spanish dish. Each thin slice of meat contains ham, bacon, and cheese. Breaded and fried in olive oil, it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Directions

  1. Place a slice of ham, bacon, and cheese on each pork slice. Roll it up tightly. ≈ 10 min
  2. Roll the eggs in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs, and fry them in olive oil.
