Directions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave. ≈ 3 min
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Add the 5 eggs and mix until a smooth mixture forms. ≈ 4 min
  3. Gently add the melted butter and chocolate to the mixture. Mix well. ≈ 4 min
  4. Prepare small, specific molds for cakes (approximately 5 cm high and 7.5 cm on each side). ≈ 3 min
  5. Grease the molds and dust them with flour. Pour the mixture into 6 molds. ≈ 4 min
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the cakes for 7 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before serving, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream or crème fraîche.
