Directions
- Heat the liquid and dissolve the neutral gelatin sachets (10 minutes at 100 °C in a Thermomix, speed 2).
- Add the gelatin sheet to taste and mix (for 10 seconds at speed 2). ≈ 4 min
- Cook for approximately 9 to 10 minutes at 100 °C, at speed 2.
- Apply a thin layer of oil paint to a plate or mold using a brush, then pour in the mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest for 12 hours, then cut into pieces or shapes and coat with sugar.
