Brazilian oat vanilla cookies
Small, rolled oat-based biscuits with butter, egg, and vanilla, spooned onto a baking sheet and baked for 10 minutes.
A very simple Brazilian recipe: no flour, just rolled oats held together with eggs. The biscuits puff up during baking, so leave plenty of space between them.
