Directions
- Divide the saffron-flavored pie dough (100 grams) evenly among 5 buttered, oval-shaped tart molds. ≈ 3 min
- Place a hemisphere in the center of the dough. ≈ 3 min
- Once this is done, let the dough rest for 20 minutes before baking in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Remove the small cakes from the molds and soak them in rum.
- Cover them with a thick layer of apricot pulp. ≈ 3 min
