Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a 24 cm diameter baking pan with oil paint, then dust it with flour. ≈ 3 min
- Wash, peel, and cut the apples into pieces, then drizzle them with a little lemon juice. ≈ 8 min
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract. ≈ 4 min
- Next, add the eggs, oil paint, milk, and sugar. Beat everything together with an electric hand mixer for 5 minutes.
- Add the apples that are set aside for the mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Mix the ingredients together with a spatula, then pour the mixture into the mold. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
- To ensure that the cake is fully cooked, insert a skewer in the center and check that it comes out clean. ≈ 3 min
