Directions
- Wash the apples, dry them, and cut them into quarters. Remove the core and cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Place the apples in a bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Peel the ginger and finely chop it. ≈ 8 min
- Add the ginger to the mixture with the apples. ≈ 3 min
- Fill with freshly chilled ginger ale and let it sit for an hour.
- Then, add very cold mineral water. ≈ 3 min
- Chill the compote by adding ice cubes.
