These soft cookies are an easy and delicious recipe to make. They only require three main ingredients: cake mix, eggs, and melted butter. You can also customize them by adding white chocolate chips.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Line a griddle with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
  3. Combine the cake batter, egg, and butter in a large bowl, mixing until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
  4. If you wish, you can add additional ingredients. ≈ 4 min
  5. Place spoonfuls of dough into the pan.
  6. The dough can be sticky, but cooling it for 30 minutes will make it firmer and easier to handle.
  7. Cook for 9 to 11 minutes, or until firm.
  8. Place them on a wire rack and let them cool completely.
