Directions
- Thoroughly rinse the star anise in cold water to remove any impurities, then dry it. ≈ 2 min
- Bring the water to a boil (about 200 ml is enough for a cup). Pour a small amount of hot water into the porcelain teapot to warm it up, then allow the water to cool slightly.
- Place the cardamom pods in the teapot, then gently pour the hot water over them. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
- Pour the tea into a cup and enjoy it immediately. ≈ 3 min
