Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Whip with an electric hand mixer for about 5 minutes.
- Add the almond flour and flour, and mix until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Make small balls of dough, about the size of a coin, and then roll them between your hands. ≈ 10 min
- Arrange the dough balls on a griddle covered with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Dip one almond in each ball of dough.
