These delicious little treats are made without an oven, and are linked to peanut butter. They are both crunchy and melt-in-your-mouth, and can be rolled in powdered sugar or coconut.

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar or coconut. ≈ 4 min
  2. Form small 2.5 cm balls by firmly pressing the mixture with clean hands. ≈ 10 min
  3. Gently roll the balls in the powdered sugar or coconut. ≈ 10 min
  4. Cover and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
