Directions
- First, heat some oil in a pan. Then, finely chop the garlic and onions.
- Then, add cooked shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, fresh chili peppers, salt, and ground black pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly for a few minutes. ≈ 4 min
- Once the spices are well combined, remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and chopped cilantro. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the corn chips evenly among a baking dish, then cover them with the cooked chicken mixture.
- Next, spread the pizza dough evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
