Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250 °C (482 °F).
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until you have a smooth mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Add the flour and baking powder, then gently fold in the milk. ≈ 4 min
- On a griddle, spread a layer of sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Brush the mixture obtained on the griddle with no sugar. ≈ 3 min
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and return the dough to a second griddle. ≈ 3 min
- Place the apple slices on the dough and roll it up to form a tart. ≈ 10 min
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pie is golden brown and crisp.
