Pisco sour is a refreshing Peruvian cocktail, made in just a few minutes using a blender. It combines pisco with the sweet, acidic flavor of passion fruit, and is served very cold.

  1. Pour the pisco, sugar, passion fruit juice, and plenty of crushed ice into a blender, then blend. ≈ 4 min
  2. Serve in a tulip-shaped glass, approximately 12 cl in volume. Garnish with colorful straws and a red cherry. ≈ 2 min
