The Pisco Collins is a simple and refreshing cocktail, made directly in the glass. The Peruvian pisco, lemon, and sparkling water combine in just five minutes.

Directions

  1. Prepare directly in the glass: pour in the pisco, lemon juice, and sugar, then top up with sparkling water. ≈ 3 min

  3. Decorate with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass and a cherry inside. ≈ 2 min
