This Brazilian-inspired cocktail combines tequila, blue curaçao liqueur, lime juice, and crushed ice. It is served in a glass decorated with strawberry-colored sugar.

Directions

  1. Squeeze the file. ≈ 3 min
  2. Fill the blender halfway with ice cubes. ≈ 10 min
  3. Add the liqueur, tequila, lime juice, and sugar. ≈ 3 min
  4. Mix for a few minutes until you achieve a creamy texture that forms peaks. ≈ 4 min
  5. Pour in into a glass. ≈ 3 min
  6. Decorate with grout. ≈ 2 min
  7. Serve immediately. ≈ 2 min

  • 1/2 dose (approximately 2.5 cl) of blue curaçao liqueur
  • 1 dose (approximately 5 cl) of tequila
  • One lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • Lots of ice cubes
  • Grout for use in decorative applications
  • strawberry jam (budget-friendly version)
  • A few drops of water (economy version)
