This fruit and nut yogurt is a delicious alternative to traditional sweet desserts. It’s ideal for summer evenings or family meals, and is easy to prepare and pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee.

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the dried fruits, brown sugar, and orgeat syrup, then add the Greek yogurt. ≈ 4 min
  2. Pour each glass, pour the mixture in until it is about two-thirds full. ≈ 3 min
  3. In each ice glass, add 3 tablespoons of pineapple jam, and sprinkle with a teaspoon of chopped almonds. ≈ 2 min
  4. Reserve in the refrigerator until serving time.

  • 4 large dried prunes
  • 4 dried dates
  • 2 dried figs
  • 1 tablespoon of pale yellow raisins
  • 50 g of dark brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of orgeat syrup
  • 400 g of pineapple jam
  • 4 tablespoons of slivered and toasted almonds
