A refreshing rosé-colored and creamy cocktail made with Muscat, cognac, blackberry syrup, cream, and sweetened condensed milk, mixed and served very cold.

This Brazilian cocktail combines Muscat, cognac, and blackberry syrup with cream and condensed milk. When mixed, it becomes very smooth and is best served chilled.

Directions

  1. Pour all, add all the ingredients to a blender. ≈ 3 min
  2. Mix until a smooth mixture is achieved. ≈ 4 min
  3. Serve immediately, while still cold. ≈ 2 min

  • 35 cl of blackberry syrup
  • 75 cl of Muscat wine
  • 35 cl of cognac
  • 1 container of cream (approximately 200g)
  • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (2 x 395 g)
