Cookie and caramel flan

Directions

1. Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan. ⏱ ≈ 10 min
2. Once the mixture has cooled, add the custard powder and whisk until smooth. ≈ 3 min
3. Add the sugar and mix well. ≈ 4 min
4. Pour each ramekin, pour a spoonful of caramel at the bottom, then fill with custard and top with one or two cookies. ≈ 10 min
5. Store in the refrigerator and serve very cold. ⏱ ≈ 2 hr
