The “Princessinha” cocktail combines milk concentrate, pineapple jelly, guarana, and red wine. It’s prepared quickly in a blender and served very cold.

Directions
- Take the guaraná and the red wine out of the refrigerator: they should be well chilled before you start.
- Pour the milk concentrate, pineapple jelly, guarana, and red wine into a blender, and then blend until you have a smooth mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Pour servir, pour each glass, pour each serving. ≈ 2 min
